The 187 Six Pack is a convenient and easy way to protect knees, wrists, and elbows from contact and falls. Contoured and form-fitting, all three pieces of gear cradle their respective joints securely to prevent slipping and increase mobility. Superior foam systems absorb the hard impacts, while high density plastic hard caps protect from abrasion and minor bumps. These pads are constructed from ballistic nylon to withstand the rigors of a contact sport like roller derby.
With a measuring tape or shoelace, measure the circumference around your extended knee & elbow, as well your hand circumference around your knuckles (for wrist guard sizing). Junior sizes are designed to fit most children ages 4-8, weighing 40-60 pounds.

Comments: Deciding on what size to order was tricky, but it worked out! I'm 5'3" and 150lbs, I have thicker thighs, but tiny wrists. I got the L/XL and it fits great! The wrist guards are just a tad big on me, but I still feel protected, and the other stuff fits perfectly. I would just keep in mind the smallest measurement for each component.
