The Adrenaline PowerFoot Performance Toe Cap Inserts is a simple product that takes your skate's comfort and performance to the next level. These foam inserts eliminate the negative space between your toes and the toe cap (as seen in image #4). Less negative space provides better stability, more control and even more explosiveness; which even goalies can benefit from! Aside from performance, PowerFoot inserts make a great fitting skate even more comfortable and warm. Soft foam rests on top of the feet like a pillow but this also helps to keep toes warm in a cold rink or outdoors on a pond.
Since no two toe boxes are the same, the PowerFoot inserts also come with shims that increase the insert's height for the larger toe boxes on the market (seen on the left in image #3). Once a skater has size tested and decided whether or not they will be using the shims, simply remove the adhesive strip(s) and stick it to the underside of the top cap, inside of the boot, soft foam side downward. For the younger players who are still growing and use skates a half size too big, the junior inserts help to provide a better fitting skate from the start by eliminating unnecessary space inside the toe box.

Comments: Simple but great product. A piece of foam can change the comfort of your skates. I definitely feel that every skate should come with something similar from the box! I tried a skate without the foam and it felt so weird, like something's missing. Definitely a product you should not neglect! From: Ryan
Comments: This is a great product. Tough to gauge the improvement in skating, but it definitely improves the feel of the skate. Toe boxes are just that, boxy. After sliding these in my skates they feel like my running shoes. Instead of feeling a hard plastic shell, I now have a soft and comfortable toe box. A simple, but awesome upgrade. From: Brody, CA
Comments: Great product. So simple yet really effective. I felt a lot quicker and planted especially on forward and backward crossovers. Keep your toes nice and warm as well! I would definitely recommend this product. From: Matt, Raleigh, NC
Comments: Simple product that is way overpriced that should come standard with skates. But it's totally worth the $20. Completely changes the feel and helps me put pressure in the right spot rather than bunching my toes and riding on my heels. From: John C, Florida, 10/18/20
