Atom Poison Wheels provide awesome grip while keeping the responsiveness and crispness you need to navigate whatever obstacles are in your way. The soft tire - composed of Atom's patented urethane formula - is supported by a strong solid core that gives the Poison excellent roll qualities not usually associated with softer wheels. The Poison is extremely beginner-friendly because its grip will provide stability and control to skaters who are still learning their edges and balance. They also let you romp around indoors or outside without having to fuss over a change of bearings and wheels!

Comments: Poisons are good on super slippery concrete, where you would normally plow for 30 feet. They are great for beginner/intermediates if you're more focused on being able to stop instead of slide. However, you will be sacrificing some speed. Most recommended for people who block only, on slippppppy surfaces.

Comments: Poisons are great for beginners. It was my first quad wheel, and It's awesome when you're training in outdoor surfaces since they're soft so you don't feel every single little rock out there, but not 78a soft like outdoor wheels that don't allow you to stop properly. Still, I don't recommend it for advanced skaters or as an indoor wheel, unless you have the most slippery surface ever. They work well as a pusher set, or when using only one pusher in each skate.
