the Bont Discotrux Axle Housing designed by Disco (Hugh Rowland) comes as a set of four axle housings made of solid aluminum.
These wide trucks were designed by a park skater, tailored so that you can have the exact setup that you want on those transitions. When your wheels are at a wider stance you have more stability and a clearer understanding of the surfaces below you. You can go faster, jump higher (with a more stable landing) and get into 50/50s and side-stance much easier than with narrow trucks. These trucks are better than using skateboard trucks because they have more adjustable geometry than any product before.
The full truck set that these axle housings are designed with has a series of interchangeable parts, specifically with the option to use these extra-wide axles. Adjustable pivot pins to ensure that adjustments can be made to fit many different models and brands of plates - but please note that some cushion modification may be necessary if using a plate that does not have a 20-degree kingpin like the Tracer Plate these were designed for. These trucks also require hard plastic pivot cups otherwise the pivot ball may pierce through. The adjustable pivot pin also allows for any slide block mounting bar to be introduced and to maintain standard plate bushings.
