Overview
Touted as the 'most derby ready package on the market' Chaya Ruby Skates make their triumphant return even better than before. Targeted towards beginners and recreational skaters, the Ruby Boot has seen a few key upgrades that help extend their durability and fit. The stitched-on toe guard that helps prevent wear and tear has been extended much farther down the sides of each boot and the traditional eyelets have made way for lace loops than enhance any fit better than before. The reinforced Shari Plate has a toe stop set screw and proves to be one the most critical features in any beginner setup. Finally, Octo Propel Wheels now sit underneath and despite being the same 38mm width as the old Edge Wheels, they possess a small lip that adds extra bite to lateral moves and crossovers.
