Chaya Vintage SkatesI love my new skates! Skates were priced less than similar sites. Shipping was under $10, placed order on a Thursday night and received them by Monday afternoon!

Great skate, great priceThese are great for outdoor and for dancing I bought these twice because I love them so much.
The perfect beginner roller skateI can barely skate, and I've been trying to find skates that are comfortable and that I feel comfortable rolling in. These are those skates. I even tried the more expensive karma pros but I find these much easier to skate in. The stock wheels are meh, but once I replaced them with radar energy 57mm they're great. Caveat: I've only tried rolling around inside so far, not outside, but these are the first quad skates I've tried that I feel even a little confident rolling in. I went with the recommended size by measurement but had to exchange for a size up, which is my usual shoe size. Very happy with them. And with the blue radar energy wheels, they're beautiful.
Amazing SkatesThe wheels are super soft and gummy, perfect for ashphalt and crummy roads. These skates are good for outdoors especially if you are a beginner. Durable, comfortable, stylish and capable.
A great beginner skateOnce in a blue moon, I went skating as a child. Yet at age 45, I'm ready to really learn how to skate… Fear be gone!! I was so pleased with my Chaya Vintage Voyager purchase. I am from Philly and we love our Timberland (Tims) boots… the Voyager reminded me of Tims so I had to grab them!! They are my first pair of quad skates and the fit is amazing. I normally wear a US 10.5 or EU 42.5. I traced my foot, measured it (converted the measurement to cm) and ordered the EU 42.
My only regret is the Vintage Voyager does not come with the tools to adjust the wheels and trucks (however, the Melrose Premium does). So, if you are thinking of purchasing the Vintage Voyager, invest and purchase the Chaya Pocket Skate Tool… you will need it.
Outdoors: You can feel every bump and debris under the Chaya Propel stock wheels. Once you adjust wheels and trucks the ride gets better yet you still feel the debris.
Indoors: Yes, I use them on a linoleum skating rink and the wheels work well. I know 78A wheels are not suggested to use indoors yet my instructor said it was okay for now.
The Voyager is good for outdoor skating, trails, and skate parks. After my purchase, I was informed of the different styles of skating. Rhythmic skating is my goal. Which prompted my skating instructor to suggest I get a boot with a higher heel. FYI: I suggest knowing your desired style of skating before purchasing skates. This way you make the right purchase the first time.

Great feelI love the way these skates feel inside and out. They're my first pair of skates that I own and I love that they don't have the heel on them as that isn't comfortable for me. I had to loosen the wheels and trucks a little bit but that's normal. You can't adjust the toe stop which is fine bc it sits well for me, but something to note if you're looking for that out of the box. Super smooth ride. Have worn them outside and in a rink and worked well in both places. The faux leather is super smooth and almost like suede. Laces are great and can get a tight fit around the ankle. Fit as expected shoe size-wise. Love them!

Comments: I was between these and moxi beach bunnies and ultimately chose these because they were more lightweight and overall better quality for a comparable price. amazing bearings, the wheels are nice, the boot is super cute and comfortable! would give it a 10/10 but unfortunately I got a defective pair. Luckily derbywarehouse was awesome with returns. I'm generally a size 6.5, I tried the 6.5 and 7 and the 6.5 fit but were so fitted that I'd have to wear my thinnest socks so I chose the 7
Hope this helps someone else! Overall awesome skate. I might purchase a replacement!
