The Cougar 7003 Skates are crafted from a premium PU that is lightweight and impact-resistant, with a flat-bottom design that enhances agility and stability. Cougar's new anti-rocker frames are built with a durable nylon and fiberglass composite, and come with 60mm 88A SHR (super high rebound) wheels and ABEC9 bearings for quick rolls and easy grinds. The upgraded pro liners feature high-density memory foam with elasticity and heat resistance to be breathable, durable and comfortable.
