90 Day Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned at any point, new or used, within 90 days from the original invoice date.

• To receive an exchange or refund for the full value of your purchase, products must be returned in new, store-bought condition within 90 days from the original invoice date.
• Products returned in used or worn condition within 90 days from the original invoice date are eligible to receive a store credit minus a 10% restocking fee. Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns may limit your eligibility to return used items. Select items are not eligible for used returns. Please see the exclusions section below for full list.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Return Shipping

Free return shipping is only available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.

A complimentary UPS Ground return label is included in every package delivered within the 48 contiguous United States. Some items are excluded from the free return shipping program. Please see the exclusions section below for a full list.

Exclusions

• Any customized items are non-returnable, which include, but limited to, apparel, bags, jerseys, gloves, assembled shaft and blade and skates.
• Free return shipping does not apply to sticks, shafts, hockey goals, wheeled gear bags, case quantities and drop ship items
• Used sticks, shafts, blades, helmets, wheels, pucks/balls, jocks, apparel, mouthguards and skate parts may not be returned.
