The Endless Frame Lock Set comes in a set of 8 (4 centered and 4 off-set). They work to restrict movement, helping to lock your frame mounting bolts to the frames by filling that oblong shape on the tops of frames. Replace other mounting washers or spacers with these in the frame mounting slots to prevent wiggle room. To be used on Endless AND other brands of frames. Frame locks prevent frame shifts if mounting bolts loosen slightly from rigorous use or neglect. They convert the usual friction joint to one that more appropriately places the bolt in shear and tension. A single tight thru-hose in each Frame Lock ensures precise lateral and angular frame positioning/alignment. The clamping force of the the mounting bolt becomes distributed over a greater surface area, reducing frame deflection under load at the base and improves coupling of the frame to the boot for enhanced power transfer, responsiveness, and stability. 4 Centered Frame Locks have a centered hole.4 Offset Frame Locks provide an offset hole for laterally shifted frame positioning.A combination of Centered and Offset parts may be used to achieve .7 degree angular shift in alignment. Two Offset Locks may be used in opposite directions to achieve 1.4 degree angular shift.
