Highest quality wrist guard I’ve ever worn.I could tell the difference in quality as soon as I pulled these out of the packaging. I burn through triple8 wrist guards at least twice a year and I can already tell these are going to last a long time. It’s like a combo of skate/medical gear. There’s a nice scuba suit type of liner inside that fits to your hand with a shock cushion, with metal support pieces instead of plastic. The lacing system is fantastic. I’m thrilled.

1 year and multiple falls laterAs others said, it's a tight fit. I have used these extensively and have fallen on them quite a few times. These things are built extremely well, and have held up really well with multiple falls on concrete and asphalt. I had a bad fall on an unexpected slippery surface and the thick neoprene pads absorbed a ton of impact, and I skated away unscathed. I also throw them i the wash on an express cycle after 1-2 wears, and let them air dry or do a light tumble dry if necessary and they're holding up fine.

Size up2 orders from Inline Warehouse and their processing/shipping times are top notch. For these wrist guards, definitely size up. My hand is about an 8.25 with my wrist about 6.75 and I sized up for the large and it is snug in some regards. Obviously you want a tight fit but no chance I would fit the Mediums which my measurements might suggest. Size one up, these have plenty of Velcro space for sizing options and the neoprene skin underneath is plenty snug to be tight for you to size up. Comfort is good. I haven’t skated them yet but wanted to give potential buyers my perspective on sizing to help them purchase. They appear to be great quality and comfortable enough so that I’m not dissuaded from wearing them

Very supportive, but runs smallI did my hand measurement and I was a size large on the chart. However, the large was out of stock, so I decided to take a chance on the XL. I'm glad I did, because it fit perfectly. Overall a very high quality and supportive wrist guard.

A LOT of wristguard. These might work for some skaters, but they didn't for me. There is a thick neoprene sleeve on the inside of the wristguard, and the front and rear plates wrap around. The cushion on the palm is a nice idea as far as softening falls, but it actually made it difficult for me to center the palm plate when I secured the guards. Overall, they are hefty and well-constructed and I have no doubt they're incredibly protective, but I found them too bulky and restrictive.
