Comments: I absolutely love these skates! I used to play roller derby about 10 years ago, and I wanted to get back into skating. These skates are really comfortable, and didn't hurt my feet when I skated 7 miles in them at the park yesterday (using outdoor wheels, of course). I had the Riedell R3's when I was in roller derby, and those would actually make my feet hurt after a long day of skating. I wear a size 8 in women's but ended up having to trade in the 6.5 for a size 7 in these skates (it helped that the exchange was easy, quick, and painless). The 6.5 was just a tad too small at the toes for me. I have pretty average feet- maybe even a tiny bit on the wider side, but definitely fit standard shoes comfortably. So if you're on the cusp of a size, I definitely recommend going up a half size. Another interesting option that the Jackson VIP's offer is that you can boil the boots to fit your feet better (it comes with the plastic bags to do it in with instructions and everything). I haven't done that yet, and TBH I don't know if I'll need to. I'm pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of these skates, especially for the price! I definitely recommend these for any beginner/intermediate skater.

Comments: I usually wear 11.5-12 these boots were advertised at 11 but actually were 10 in mens. I only skate inside so after I did a wheel swap to something harder the skates felt better. Overall I was pleased with my skates and Derby Warehouse
