The Kizer Supreme Aluminum Buckle Sets come in Silver or Black (shown when available). They use standard (SCB) mounting to be compatible with many brands using this same common mounting method. This makes for an easy upgrade from plastic ones for better closure and durability. They have a low profile, low weight, and built-in buckle protector! Screws and hardware to install is included. Sizing. Different lengths (shown when available) are 18cm, 20cm and 22cm. Sizing depends on preference, but if getting too long the strap may be cut down. For a generalization, smaller boots sized 8 or smaller may choose the 18cm, sizes 9 and 10 the 20cm, and larger skate sizes the 22cm. Standard Cuff Buckles (SCB). Three-point mount. Buckle mounts to the outside of the boot at two points 1.5cm apart. The receiver (or receptor) where the strap feeds into mounts on the inside of the boot at one point. SCB buckles are compatible across different brands and models using this same mounting method.
