3D Adapt Padding doesn't break down like traditional liners for an exceptional value.

Powerslide Swell Nite 125 3D Adapt Inline Skates. Newly patented 3D ADAPT (3DAP) padding technology from MYFIT allowed for changes in design to include integrated air vents and channels for breathability and additional cushioning at the ankle, tongue, and innersole.  Made from casted polyurethane, 3DAP molds perfectly around the feet for a level of control and comfort not felt before.  The seamless padding doesn't break down or lose function like traditional padding. New semi-clear and abrasion-resistant uppers have reflective highlights for a bonus safety feature. Cuff spacers can rotate to allow for adjustment up or down to fit skater preference.

These amazing design features are built around the popular TRINITY 3-point mounting system. The winged mount under the ball of the boots creates a channel for the wheels to lower the center of gravity, add stability, and increase power transfer. Light Elite Magnesium Frames help prevent fatigue on longer rides as you enjoy the smooth, fast roll of UnderCover Raw 125mm UHR Wheels and Wicked ABEB9 Bearings. HABS height adjustable brake included.

Specifications

KEY TECHNOLOGIES
3D Adapt Padding
Replaced traditional stitching methods with multiple layers of foam padding, with casted polyurethane. Sections are instead constructed with different density PU's. A harder anatomically designed bottom shape for support, and a softer PU ankle and tongue padding for comfort. Doesn't break down like regular padding for better value and allowed for features such as integrated ventilation channels and built-in lacing.
Trinity X Mounting
The combination of the 'along' mounting block of the boot with the 'across' mounting slot of the frame. This allows for frame adjustment both laterally (7mm) and front to back (8mm) to individual preference and/or to correct ankles from wanting to roll (pronation/supination). Trinity frames mount at three points with two off-set winged mounts under the ball of the foot that creates a channel for the wheels to lower the skate, adding stability and power at push-off.
HABS Height Adjustable Brake System
An easy and secure brake that allows for the brake pad to adjust up and down to prolong the life of the rubber. A rear axle that is threaded at both ends allows for installation and removal of the brake with four outer screws that eliminate having to remove the axle or wheel.
3D Casted Frames
Perfectly shaped around the wheels to optimize the space. 3D construction enhances stiffness and power transfer to offer characteristics similar to those found in CNC machined frames.

Sizing Chart

GENERAL SKATE SIZING GUIDELINES
Measure both feet with socks similar to those in which you intend to skate. Then use the measurement of the longest point and reference the model-specific size chart to determine size. How to Measure Your Feet for Skates.
Proper fit has the toes not being cramped against the front. Toes may slightly brush the front as heels will settle back when in the skating position. Try on skates indoors while in a seated position. Lace and buckle both skates, tap your heels to the floor, and then stand and bend your knees to simulate the skating position. How to Try on Inline Skates for Fit.
Slim to average width. Displayed in Men's - Designed for both Men and Women.
Add .5cm for a relaxed fit - Add 1.0 cm for wide feet.

Great skatesI've been skating for thirty years and these were my first 3 wheel. I take my dog on an hour long skate from the neighborhood to the park and back every day. I wear a size 12 shoe and at first ordered 11-12 size. They were too small and the return process was super easy and friendly and fast. The size 12.5 US was a little big at first but has since fit my foot perfectly. My other pair of 4 wheel rollerblade brand are 13 and fit great. These do take a long time to break in. I would say i could increase my distance daily by about 100 yards/meters before my feet would start to hurt. After a couple of months of daily use they are more comfortable than my regular shoes. The boot is very high quality and I could tell that they just needed to be broken in. The 3 wheel difference is not crazy different. I frequently have to get out of the way of cars and the wheel size makes it easier to roll in the dirt and grass. They do take awhile to get in and out of. Two sets of laces and a velcro and a quick release is a bit much. This does improve the fit and comfort though so it's give or take. I am just about as maneuverable and fast in these as a 4 wheel. I feel like they keep speed longer though. And the ride is a million times smoother than 4 wheels . I love them because they're comfortable and a smooth ride. They are annoying to get in and out of. Maybe a different pair would be better but I am very glad to have bought these.

Bunions bewareThis skate has a hard bumped-out ridge on the inside of the boot that circles up around the toes from about halfway up the foot on both sides. I have a bunion on one foot that pushes to the side just a little too far and presses into it quite painfully. This is unfortunate, as my other foot fits just fine within the ridge, and is perfectly comfortable. I know this ridge isn't on all Powerslide skates, as I have a pair of PS Phuzion Xenons that fit perfectly and are one of the best skates I've ever owned. Don't make the same mistake I did of recycling the box and return the label before testing these out. I'm trying to force them to work with a bunion gel pad and an extra puffy sock, but the discomfort is still there. Frustrating.

In the near future, I would probably change my 4 to a 5 in the rating once I get to use the skates more. Maybe because my other pair of skates are very broken in but my feet hurt a lot on my first ride. I could only go 2 miles before having to take them off. These are my first 3-wheel and large diameter skate so getting used to balance and turning will take some time. These skates require much more center of gravity over the center of the skate than 4 wheels. Also, the location of the wheels is centered on weight distribution on one foot rather than centered on the foot. Once I get used to these differences I believe these will be fun, especially how much faster and lighter they are than older skates. They also look really cool.
