Rollerblade RB Cruiser Inline Skates. The Cruiser enjoys a more relaxed fit than other molded plastic shell models from RB. A slightly wider shell is easier to get in and out of, but its rigidity is still there for durability and response. Includes Performance Liners (removable) with shock-absorbing padding, extruded aluminum frames, and urban profile (round) wheels (80mm 85A). Altogether it makes for an exceptional value at this low price. Head outdoors knowing you have the comfort, support, durability, and performance to withstand the demands of urban skating. Average to wide width with little to no break-in required. Runs small. Measure the foot and then order 1 full size up from recommended size. If you are looking for a specific part, check out the RB Cruiser Components List.
Comments: Wide feet? High volume feet? Try this skate! I was having a terrible time finding a skate that fit my high volume and wide foot before trying this one. My foot measures 26 cm long and 10.5 cm wide. The 10.5 cm wide is equal to an Extra Wide (EE). This RB Cruiser was the only skate I tried that fit and felt comfortable. Despite many sources saying other skates had a "wide" fit, they did not work for me and I still felt like my foot was crammed into a shell that would never break in. Prior to this I tried the FR Skates FR3 and FR2 and the RB Macroblade 90's, and before that a couple of skates from a local sporting goods store. None of them worked for me. This RB Cruiser is a great fitting skate for me. With all that out of the way, I just want to say after finding this one to work for me I realized that the RB X, is the same shell, but with the "high" performance liner verses the performance liner, better frames/wheels/bearings, upgraded mid-strap, and three frame mounting options versus this skate having only one. For the small increase in price, you are getting a lot of bang for the buck, and I chose to go with the RB X instead. The fit is ever so slightly more snug in the RB X than this RB Cruiser, because of the material/construction of the liner. The RB X, is also noticeably lighter than this skate, I was sort of surprised how much actually. If this skate is in your budget, I don't think you'll be disappointed - it's a great skate with a wide fit at a great price. From: Frank, Mentor, 3/11/21
Comments: Had these for about a month now - so far so good. Got one size larger as per the recommendation and I'm glad I did. The fit was snug at first but it breaks in fairly quickly. I've found myself holding the plastic frame to pull them on instead of the backstrap as the force needed to get them on feels like it would rip the things off. The laces feel superficial since the straps seem to do most of the work securing them on. The frame is adjustable which is good for finding the sweet spot that won't hurt your feet, though there's not a ton of range on it so you may find it's just slightly out of the area and will have to settle for "close enough". That said, I've been on these for an hour-plus at a time and my feet don't feel sore at all. The only annoying part is that you do have to remove two of the wheels in order to reach the screws. Don't know if that's normal or not. Performance wise, they do as Rollerblades do. The last pair I used was a pair of 90's-era Rollerblades that consistently outperformed more modern skates, and these do just as well. I did replace the factory bearings, but who knows if that was totally necessary. Very happy so far, this is not a bad choice for a skate by any means. From: Anonymous, 3/15/21
Comments: As per the other review these fit very wide, so if you have low volume feet/narrow (like me) definitely get your true measurement size and dont follow the size up advice. In fact the size up advice isn't on Rollerblade's sizing chart, they only tell you to size up in Maxxums and Twisters. My feet are 27cm long and 100 mm wide and I got the size 10/43 and after the break in period im now swimming in them. Will have to get another pair of skates soon. From: jwow, New York, 4/3/21
Comments: Affordable pair of skate if you want to try what a hard boot feels like. Wheels and bearing feel good. The frame is adjustable. The laces don't really do anything but you have a 45 degree buckle and a cuff buckle that locks in position. The comfort is ok, the soft boot is heavily padded so it absorbs the shock but because of that it is mandatory to order a size up, my foot is 26.4cm and according to the size guide I should have ordered a size 9US but instead I ordered a size 10US and it was really cramped in the toes so I had to return them back for a size 11US and that was the ONE!. Buy from this store or any other store that offers returns if the fit is not as expected. Don't pay attention to that guy that says that you don't need pick 1 size up, you HAVE to do it in order to get the nicest fit in the soft boot. From: Jesus, Florida, 4/10/21
Comments: I love them. The only thing I would say is the liners hurt my legs. I don't know if it's just me or do they suppose to hurt your legs when you first get them but yeah I think the tongue is a little too chunky in the liners. Maybe a thinner tongue would have worked but hey that's why we can purchase after market liners. From: Anonymous, 4/13/21
Comments: These rollerblades are awesome. I have wide flat feet that measure 26 cm I was thinking of sizing up but decided not to. im glad I didn't! yes after a few hours my feet hurt a little but I'm sure once I fully break them in it will be fine. Highly recommend these, smooth rolling and affordable. From: Anonymous, 8/31/21
Comments: Good service - blades arrived in about four days. Overall the skates are great. Had them for about a month now. They perform well and are very comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, the laces don't do much but the buckles make for a secure fit. Would recommend the RB Cruisers and Inlinewarehouse From: Anonymous, Catawba, NC, 9/11/21
Comments: I bought these as a first pair of inline skates. Overall they are comfortable and easy to get to use. I would just caution that they are very wide fitting and even though my foot is on the wider side I would have liked a little tighter fit and the laces provide minimal tightening. Also the recommendation to size up probably isn't necessary I bought a size 12 for my 11.5 foot. I'd say they are very true to size and I wouldn't recommend sizing up as I should have stayed at an 11-11.5 due to the width and generous fit. In my opinion following the cm sizing is always the best way to find fit in sport footwear. Sizing aside, these are super hot (not ventilated). Even with thin synthetic socks on I found my feet were hot and sweaty quickly. I think it is more the excessive lining than the hardshell that makes them so toasty. Overall I think you could find a skate that wasn't so bulky and wide and still offered similar performance. Would be good for a person with high volume feet and that lives in a cooler climate. If you're at the longer end of the size range this wheelbase may feel a bit short at the heel. A person with a size 8 foot is probably going to have a different experience than a person wearing a 12. I think they should have done a little longer wb on the larger sizes. From: John, 9/11/21
Comments: Got these 2 days after ordering with free shipping! Thanks to my big feet, they did not have my size in women's, so I went with men's. Even though I have wide feet, I did not size up, and they feel appropriately snug and my toes still have wiggle room. My ankles hurt a little after first use, but that will hopefully stop after the break-in period. One reason I chose these is that they are the only rec skates with a hard boot. So excited to get my first skates! From: Anonymous, 1/11/22
Comments: These are good for wide feet. I wear minimalist shoes with toe spreaders all the time so I don't like a cramped toe box. This seems to be one of the best options for a wider toe box from what I researched. I can say that they give my feet enough room so they don't feel cramped, but they are still a snug enough fit overall. I wear a size 12 men's shoe and needed a size 14 in this skate. The size 13 was way too small. I really like these skates performance-wise as well. I'm new to skating and have had a lot of fun with them so far. From: Matthew, Tampa, FL, 1/27/22
