Good set for price, some concerns with designFor the price of a 6-piece set, they're very sturdy and feel great. I love the quick-release clips on the elbow and knee pads. Sturdy thick foam as well. However, with the design of the plastic caps, I don't know if it could cause problems later. Especially with the knees. There are angled edges across the entire thing (so far I've had no issues though) but I'd feel better if the kneepads were at least flatter.

Comments: These are a good beginner to intermediate protective pack. The look of quality is pretty nice however after 6 months the velcro on the wrist guards started to break away and disintegrate. The knee and elbow pads are still good though. I think the best part of this system is the way the pad can be done up then the straps can be unclipped from the front so that you can put the pad on without having to slide it over the limb or undo the 2 velcro straps every time you need to put them on. You just do the velcro to the right position then unclip the straps from the pad. They're a good pad. My only concern other than the velcro giving way on the wrist guards was the roundness of the plastic parts. I worry that due to the steep angles on the plastics that in a fall they may introduce a degree or roll on the joint or limb possibly causing other unwanted strains or injuries. Haven't had that happen though not sure if it's a thing or not.
