Cut Protection Level

The Triple 8 Gotham MIPS Helmet is T8's urban-style helmet that features MIPS technology. It is the latest and greatest technology developed by brain surgeons and scientists to protect your head. Your head is kind of a big deal, so having the best technology to protect it isn't such a bad idea. Dual-certified protection for those ages 5 and older.
MIPS technology uses a low-friction layer that makes the helmet even more efficient in dissolving any impacts made at odd angles. The ABS shell on the outside bears impact immediately while the patented Conehead EPS liner technology on the inside creates greater impact disbursement even though lighter in weight. Comfort is achieved with grooved EPS which provides airflow in the middle of your padding. The Gotham includes Sweatsaver™ Fit Pads with 2 additional sets to ensure you have the right fit and feel inside your helmet. On the back of the helmet, there is an Adjustable Fit Dial System that is reflective and customizes the fit even further. The Gotham helmets also have a stylish brim that protects you from the sun.
