Warranties

In the unfortunate instance that an item shows up at your door broken or defective prior to use, contact IW immediately to arrange for replacement or credit.

For items thought to be defective after use, warranty periods and actions to be taken vary by item and manufacturer. Items are subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of the manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse. If the item is to be returned, you may be responsible for shipping to the manufacturer or IW.
