Riedell Wicked Skates have the iconic two-strip design of the Riedell 265 boot that recalls the vintage roller derby skate look. The 265 boot is made in the USA with full grain leather uppers and features a DuoLock tongue stabilizer to keep the tongue, and your foot, seated securely in the boot. Wicked Skates also come with aluminum PowerDyne Rival plates, Neon Purple Radar Bullet wheels in a 93A durometer, and an Electric Yellow Moonwalker toe stop.
Comments: I absolutely love this skate. It fits my foot perfectly. It is dead on to my shoe size. I have a slightly wide size 8 foot (men's size). I bought the size 8 Gamma D/B. I could not ask for a better fit. The padding is really comfortable. I also like the new PowerDyne Rival plates. They have great response and feel rock solid. I did replace the cushions. It came with 84a barrels (forest green) and 80a cones (lime green). I prefer the Sure Grip Super Cushions over PowerDyne's Magic Cushion. I'm not a fan of 59mm wheels, especially in purple, but my wife is. I gave the wheels and bearings to her. The toe stop is holding up well too.

Comments: This is my first pair of adult roller skates. I bought these and the Vandal's (hoping one of the 2 would fit well enough to keep). I have to say, these Wicked Riedell's are the most comfortable thing I've ever put my foot into! Immediately formed to my foot. No odd rubbing, not even the hint of a blister. The craftsmanship is top-notch. I'm not a derby person, so the conical bushings were much too responsive and unstable for my semi-intermediate skating skills, but we changed those out and now I've got an incredible pair of skates!! I'm VERY PROUD to own a pair of American Made Riedell's! Derby Warehouse was top-notch also: on the phone I had a few questions before ordering and then shipping was quick and reliable.
