The Kizer Clipper Cuff Buckles are plastic and sold as a pair, with screws and hardware to install. They use standard (SCB) mounting, making them compatible with many brands using this same mounting method. Available in black or white (shown when available). The Clipper Buckles feature a locking mechanism that helps them to stay in place even during a fall. Sizing. Different lengths (shown when available) are 18cm, 21cm, and 23cm. Sizing depends on preference, but if getting too long the strap may be cut down. For a generalization, smaller boots sized 8 or smaller may choose the 18cm, sizes 9 and 10 the 21cm, and larger skate sizes the 23cm. Standard Cuff Buckles (SCB). Three-point mount. Buckle mounts to the outside of the boot at two points 1.5cm apart. The receiver (or receptor) where the strap feeds into mounts on the inside of the boot at one point. SCB buckles are compatible across different brands and models using this same mounting method.
