The Powerslide Zoom 80 Skate is a classic and easy-to-manage entry-point urban setup that is both durable and capable. Glass-fiber reinforced plastic boots can take the heat of urban skating. The frames are riveted so there is nothing to fuss with (not adjustable or removable). Basic Dual-Fit Liners cover two full sizes (not heat moldable) making them easy to size and although called Basic, they are nice and comfortable (removable). All sizes come with 80mm 85A wheels, but sizes 10.0 and up come with longer frames that allow for a max wheel size of 90mm should you be ready for more speed. They then have Wicked ABEC7 bearings to provide a smooth roll. They are not recommended for beginners unless an aftermarket brake is purchased (compatible with the Powerslide Urban Brake SM up to size 9.0 and MD for sizes 10.0 and larger). The smaller sizes (up to size 9.0) use 6mm axles, so a Sonic 6mm Round Extender Axle is needed to install the brake. Larger sizes (10.0+) use 8mm axles, so those that come with the brake can be used to install.
Unisex model with an average width. This model fits 1 full-size small. It is recommended to order up a size. For Example: If your measurement is 26.5cm, order using 27.5cm (10.0-10.5).
Comments: This is my first pair of inline skates and after skating them almost every day the last couple weeks I'd say I'm extremely happy with my purchase. They fit well out of the box and are fitting even better now that they're broken in. Comfortable soft liner and the hard boot has been very durable throughout my many falls. The streets aren't very good where I live but the wheels are soft enough to make it easy to ride over most surfaces you come across while still being good for practicing slides and jumps. My only negative feedback would be that the skates I received came with scuffs on the sides. This wasn't a big deal as the skates were fine and I was planning on beating them up anyways but did make it feel a little less premium when I first unboxed them.Overall great quality skates for entry to mid level inline skating at a very solid price. Would highly recommend. From: Naveed, CA, 10/14/20
Comments: Received my pair of zoom 80. I was so eager to try them on. It fit snugged and rode really smooth. From: Ricky, Sacramento, CA, 11/13/20
Comments: So far so good. Great deal on these skates price wise. They look and feel solid and smooth. Just basic fitness/recreational skating on them so far, but they are performing well and are a great price for an entry level skate from a reputable company. From: Anonymous, 12/11/20
Comments: The Powerslide One Zoom 80 skates are great basic skates. The boots/liners are comfortable and tighten nicely. If you size up wide feet will fit fine. The wheels and bearing are paired nicely for urban style skating. Other wheels or bearings could be installed for different skating styles or preferences. The metal frames are riveted to the skate, which isn't as big deal to anyone who doesn't care to swap different frames.Overall great skates at this price point. From: Anonymous, 12/19/20
Comments: After years of not skating glad I made the jump and picked these up! Measured my foot with a tape measure ended up being skate size 10-10.5 which is what I wear in all my other shoes. Boots feel comfortable and wheels are smooth. The aesthetic of the skates are dope love the white wheels with the black upper. I am so impressed with inline warehouses customer service. I messed up on my billing zip code at check out and they reached out quickly without a delay in my order. Will definitely be back for future purchases! From: Corey, San Jose, CA, 12/21/20
Comments: Just bought these as an upgrade from my $60 pair of rollerblades and i was very excited to recieve them. They ended up being double the price but many times worse than my $60 ones. Do not buy these they are going to be a waste of money i can promise that. Bearing are sluggish they move incredibly slow, they are very heavy, uncomfortable, the list goes on but do not waste your money on these, and from their performance i will no longer be looking into any of powerslides skates. From: Sean, Santa Clara, CA, 6/1/21
Comments: Skate broke its wheels and its frame shifted crooked on the fourth trip to the park. Good skate from the outside but without assurance that the issue I faced when purchasing this skate is a manufacturing error I could not safely suggest them for urban use or purchase as such. From: Jonathan, Richfield, OH, 7/13/21
Comments: These were a great first pair of skates. I love skiing and recently moved to a very flat place so I decided to try inline skating. If you are looking to try inline skating but are hesitant to commit to a more expensive pair, these are a great place to start. After a month or so, I upgraded because the inexpensive frames either came or became warped which makes it difficult to rotate wheels. Because of the cheap, fixed frames, replacing the wheels with new ones is not worth it. From: Andrew, 12/16/21
