They are compatible with all of the shells from the S1 Lifer series. If you're not sure about your helmet size then you won't have to guess, the kit has all of the sizes so that you can customize your fit and get the best-fitting helmet. This kit is also very convenient for growing heads as you can keep the same helmet as you grow. They include 7 different thicknesses including XS at 14mm, S at 12mm, M at 10mm, L at 8mm, XL at 6mm, XXL at 4mm, and 3XL at 2mm. There are also two top pads included that are 2mm to lower the helmet forward and 6mm to raise the helmet from your ears.
