Cut Protection Level

This is the general level of protection against cuts.
- Minimum: Basic protection suitable for competitive play
- Standard: Balanced protection for intense gameplay. Protects against more severe cuts.
- Maximum: Highest level of cut resistance for elite gameplay. Ideal for competitive adult hockey and designed for the biggest and fastest players.

Bont Tracer Plates represent amazing value for a derby plate under $100. The aluminum baseplate is extruded from 6061 aircraft aluminum which makes it extremely strong but also a little bit heavy relative to more expensive models with channels and machining to reduce weight. The Tracer is a no frills, competitively performing plate with great action for derby. The one-piece cast trucks sit at 20°, perfectly balancing a derby player's need to go fast on an open track but maneuver and edge with pinpoint precision in tight quarters.
